Lexis/Nexis Congressional provides indexing, searching capabilities and the full text delivery of a wide variety of information produced by and about the United States Congress. Congressional publications are indexed back to 1970. The Congressional Information Service Inc. Legislative histories for public laws back to 1970 are included with links to the text of many of the materials. Types of materials include Bills, House and Senate Reports, Public Laws, United States Code and Congressional Hearing testimony. This database allows searching of the Congressional Record and the Federal Register. It also facilitates locating information on Congressional committees and members of the House and Senate.
